The M & J Reliability Team
Darryl Myers, CEO of M&J Reliability, has over 43 years in the natural gas compression industry, growing the company from a two-man shop into a nationally recognized organization with 170+ employees and eight divisions. After acquiring M&J Valve Services in 1987, he worked through nearly every role—building technical expertise and business leadership—before leading the company with the same entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence that drives its success today.
Jacob Byrd is the Director of Reliability and Engineering at M&J Reliability, with over a decade of experience in the gas compression industry. As a Mechanical Engineer, Jacob specializes in compressor optimization, troubleshooting, repair, and component design—bringing a strong technical foundation and a problem-solving mindset to every project.
Mike Boken is an international executive with over 35 years of experience in the energy sector, specializing in compressor and engine technology across global markets. A proven corporate strategist and entrepreneur, Mike has pioneered multiple innovations—holding patents for advanced compressor valve systems and diagnostics technology—and has led strategic initiatives for major oil and gas companies worldwide.
Jonah Valence works in Business Development at M&J Reliability, helping to build client relationships and identify new opportunities to expand the company’s services and market reach.
Chester Gordon serves as Director of Business Development at M&J Reliability, leading growth strategies and key partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
TJ Guilbeaux is a Reliability Engineer at M&J Reliability, bringing years of hands-on experience in project engineering and shop supervision to ensure reliable, high-performance solutions for clients.
Matthew Gordon is the Business Development & Marketing Manager at M&J Reliability with 12+ years of experience driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships. Ashley Pauche is an experienced marketing associate with a strong background in the oil and energy industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, she brings proven expertise in sales, marketing strategy, and managing high-volume workloads to support M&J Reliability’s growth and brand presence.
